Chef Specials

  • Duck and Foie Gras: Seared foie gras and duck paired with brie cheese and maple-honey vinaigrette.
  • Duck Confit: Slow-marinated duck leg with white beans, chorizo and smoked back bacon.
  • Orange Duck: Pink roasted duck breast with braised red cabbage and Grand Marnier sauce.
  • Duck 'n' Ham: Fried stuffed duck, chicken and smoked ham with herbs paired with salad and a specially-crafted fruit-curry sauce.
