To celebrate the re-opening of the new-look Elements restaurant, join us for an exclusive Wine Dinner on 7th December 2018, which features top wineries from the ‘New World’. Our chefs have curated a specially-crafted fine dining menu to pair with highly-rated New World wines from Southern Australia, California and New Zealand with creative gourmet dishes. Delectable delights include Foie Gras & Duck with Australian Riesling, Fresh Tuna Saku with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, Lobster Cappuccino with California Chardonnay and Chocolate Heaven Cake with California Sweet Rose. Each course is a work of art.
