Are we able to write our own wedding vows?

Yes, but we will need the information at least three days prior to the ceremony.

Will my ceremony be private if it is held in your resort?

Yes, it will be private but there will be other resident guests within the resort.

Do you offer Photography or Video Services?

Yes, the service is included in our wedding packages (3 service hours). Extra time will be additionally charged by the hour.

When is the peak and low season for weddings in Pattaya?

There is no low or peak season for weddings in Pattaya, we host weddings all-year round.

How many wedding venues do you have?

We have three main venues: Phratamnak Ballroom, Latitude by the Beach and the Beachfront.

How long will a wedding ceremony take?

A Thai Ceremony will take approximately three hours, while a Western Ceremony will take approximately 30-45 minutes.

What venues are available for a wedding reception?

We would highly recommend our Beachfront and Phratamnak Ballroom, please visit our wedding packages page.

If I confirm my wedding, am I obligated to book both my wedding ceremony and reception?

No, you can book only ceremony or reception.

Apart from wedding ceremony and reception venue, what other services do you provide for couples who get married at your resort?

Complimentary 60-minute spa treatment for bride and groom (included in wedding package), romantic dinner, makeup artist, wedding dress, wedding cake, wedding decorations, accommodation, honeymoon amenities in the room upon arrival and many more.

My spouse and I live outside Pattaya, I am afraid that we will not have enough time to fly back and forth to Pattaya for the wedding arrangement, what should we do?

Should I bring my own photographer, makeup artist, decoration or entertainment?

Yes, you may but a handling fee will be charged.

I am planning to reserve rooms for my family, bridal party and guests; what special offer will I receive?

We will offer you our ad-hoc rate for wedding groups.

I am not sure how many guests I will have on my wedding, what should I do?

Please give us the minimum number of guests. The completed guestlist can be decided closer to the wedding date.

Some of my guests have special dietary requirement, will you be able to cater the request?

We can provide any menu as requested.

I am interested in having a pre-wedding photo shoot, who do I need to contact?

Do you arrange pre and post wedding reception and what kind of venue do you have?

We offer outdoor venues, such as the beach, as well as indoor venues.

Do you provide entertainments during the reception?

Yes, there are some options, such as a live band, karaoke and different kinds of shows.

How about the payment method?

The resort requires 50% of the total estimated cost before arrival, while the outstanding balance can be settled upon departure.

What time is best for a wedding?

In the morning at about 9:00 AM or in the afternoon from 5:00 PM onwards.
