For the well-being of our guests, Planet Trekkers is closed daily 2 hours for deep cleaning and disinfection.
• Planet Trekkers is open for children aged 4 to 12 years old.
• Children must be accompanied by one of the parents or a guardian.
• Planet Trekkers restricts access to only 4 families per round (maximum 4 adults and 8 children).
• Please make your reservations at least one day in advance by contacting Resort Call Center at “0”.
• For safety and well-being of other guests, Planet Trekkers reserves the rights to decline children who are sick or require special attention.
• Lunch can be served for children at Planet Trekkers. Order should be placed by parents from kids menu in advance with a charge.
• Children must follow suggestions from Planet Trekkers’ attendants while playing at Planet Trekkers.
• Please keep a minimum distance of 2 metres between you and others while doing activities.
• All guests are requested to undergo body temperature check prior to entering Planet Trekkers.
• All guests are requested to wear face coverings and use hand sanitiser before entering Planet Trekkers.
